Environment, Social & Governance Policy

Purpose & Commitment

MTM Engineering is dedicated to integrating Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles into all aspects of our business operations, both in Europe and internationally. We recognize that our activities have environmental and social impacts, and we strive to manage these responsibly while fostering long-term value creation for our clients, employees, communities, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

This ESG Policy outlines our commitments, governance structures, and objectives for continuous improvement, aligning with evolving global sustainability standards, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, SEAI, and EU CSRD-aligned principles, where applicable.

Governance & Accountability

The Board of Directors maintains oversight of ESG matters, while the operational implementation is led by the CEO, the ESG Officer, and the HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) leadership teams.

MTM Engineering will review this policy annually to ensure it aligns with legislation, industry standards, and the needs of stakeholders.

All employees and suppliers are expected to adhere to this policy and uphold the sustainability values of MTM Engineering.

We are committed to transparent reporting and communication regarding our ESG performance to all stakeholders.
