MTM Engineering Ltd specialises in Electrical cable installation and terminating services within Ireland as welll as across Europe. We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll & Accounts Administrator to join our team based in Grangegeeth, Co Meath. This position is to cover Maternity and offers the opportunity of becoming more long term.
Duties:
Carry out all payroll/finance administration and related duties, including:

Assist with the preparation of weekly/bi-weekly & monthly payroll

Collation of weekly timesheet data on Time Management System and check for accuracy

Management of annual leave entitlements and employee benefits
-
Strict adherence to dealines in payroll process & Revenue submissions
-
Process all new starters and leavers
-
First point of contact for staff payroll queries
-
Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager
-
Produce monthly reports and returns and reconcile same
-
Accounts support, HR support, reception and general office duties
Qualification/Experience
-
Payroll qualification or previous experience working with Payroll
-
Experience using computerised payroll software
-
Proficiency in Microsoft applications especially Excel
-
Analytically minded with excellent attention to detail ensuring accuracy
-
Ability to plan, prioritise, multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
-
Knowledge of basic principles in Employment Legislation
-
Excellent customer service & communication skills
