MTM Engineering Ltd specialises in Electrical cable installation and terminating services within Ireland as well as across Europe. We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our busy team based in Slane, Co Meath. The ideal candidate will have good office admin experience, secretarial background and very strong experience using MS Word and MS Excel.


Experience Required:

  • 2 – 3 year’s administration experience.

  • Excellent Microsoft office skills

  • Excellent MS Office and Outlook skills and general IT skills

  • Excellent telephone manner & Customer Service skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize

  • Highly organized and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

  • Strong customer service with excellent written and oral command of the English language.


Key responsibilities and tasks:

  • Provide administrative support, deal with all incoming queries and forward to relevant department

  • Clerical duties such as answering telephone calls and responding to emails

  • Assist Mobility and Relocation Manager with flight arrangements to include cancellations and refunds

  • Assist with keeping up to date detailed records on all properties leased to include, Landlord/Tenant Contract agreements, the current occupants, deposits paid, deposits returned, utilities, damage, maintenance etc.

  • Check accommodation invoices/credit notes against contracts, query any inconsistencies 

  • Purchase office supplies and equipment, shared responsibility with Procurement 

  • Update computer software records with accuracy

  • Deal with sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner

  • Ad hoc office/administrative duties as they may arise
