MTM Engineering Ltd specialises in Electrical cable installation and terminating services within Ireland as well as across Europe. We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Administrator to join our expanding team based in Grangegeeth, Co Meath. The ideal candidate will have a background working in a similar role.

Duties:  

Carry out admin duties within the logistics department, including but not limited to:  

  

• Update Company logistics trackers (Accommodation & Transport)  

• Provide employees with accommodation & transport details  

• Generate/produce reports to assist logistics dept. functions 

• Liaise with accommodation providers on contract/invoice queries  

• Provide site management teams with custom reports as required  

• Assist with efficient onboarding/offboarding of property 

• Track accommodation/vehicle complaints & provide status reports to logistics dept./site teams 

• Identify potential “pinch points” in accommodation provision & escalate where required 

• Update vehicle records, including vehicle service records etc.  

  

Requirements:  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 

• Perform each task with excellent attention to detail and accuracy 

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills 

• Good verbal and written communication abilities  

• Ability to maintain or improve relationships with all customers & suppliers 

• Promote the best interests of the Company and abide by the rules, policies and procedures of the Company 

Any other duties within reason and capability as determined by Management
