Prepare short- and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from key stakeholders.

Regular site walks to assist site teams with planning matters.

Identify potential risks, deviations that can hinder project schedule, resulting in delays with significant costs and penalties and corrective actions.

Gather data incorporating any changes in work scope, update schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team.

Provide regular progress reports to all site teams and highlight concerns, develop mitigating measures to avoid delays.

Host progress planning meetings with internal and external teams to re-calibrate plans in line with progress
