MTM Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a strong Administrator to join our growing Logistics team. This role will be based full-time at our Slane office and will require access to personal transport.
The Role...
As an Administrator, you will support the coordination of accommodation and transport services across our operations. You’ll be responsible for keeping internal records up to date, providing key information to employees, and liaising with external providers. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth delivery of logistics support to our project teams. This would be an ideal position for a recent Graduate hoping to start a career in Logistics.

Responsibilities...
Maintain and update internal logistics trackers for accommodation and transport
Provide employees with accurate and timely accommodation and transport information
Compile and issue reports to support the logistics function and wider operations team
Liaise with accommodation providers to resolve contract or invoice queries
Support site management teams with custom reporting when required
Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of accommodation and vehicles
Track accommodation and vehicle-related issues and report status updates
Flag any potential issues with accommodation availability to the logistics team
Keep vehicle records accurate and up to date, including service logs

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Able to manage tasks independently while contributing as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and solution-focused
Own transport essential due to office location
