The role and responsibilities in the key duties listed below are not exhaustive. The post holder may be required to undertake other duties from time to time within the general scope of the post.

Carry out all duties up to and including but not limited to the following:

• Play a lead role in the management and delivery of workforce accommodation & travel across Europe

• Liaise with MTM Operations planner to ensure accommodation/rental cars are being onboarded/offboarded in efficient manner to reflect project progression

• Maintain relationship with current providers & expand provider networks where required

• Manage supplier accounts & outstanding deposit balances

• Liaise with providers on contract/invoice queries

• Manage & direct MTM ground staff to area’s of focus

• Track accommodation/vehicle complaints & provide status reports to logistics dept./site teams & staff members

• Generate/produce reports indicating performance Vs KPI’s

• Ensure records are being maintained & are accurate
