The Role...
As an Apprentice Electrician, you will assist qualified electricians in the installation, testing & commissioning of electrical systems on large-scale projects. You’ll develop the ability to interpret technical drawings, adhere to strict safety protocols, and perform work that meets the highest industry standards. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while you build the skills needed for a successful electrical career.

Responsibilities...
Support the electrical team with a variety of tasks, including:
Assisting with the installation, glanding & termination of electrical cables
Installation of cable containment & busbar systems
Assisting our on-site Testing & QAQC teams
Helping with preparation of tools, materials, and equipment
Following technical drawings and site instructions
Observing and applying safety and quality procedures
Reporting issues or defects to supervisors
Keeping work areas clean and organised
Being open to travel and work in different project locations across Europe.
Performing other duties as assigned by management or senior electricians.
The Person...
Currently in your third or fourth year of an electrical apprenticeship program.
Eligible to work in the EU without visa sponsorship
English language proficiency (minimum level B1)
Basic understanding of electrical tools and equipment.
Strong interest in developing a career in industrial electrical work.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Committed to working safely and efficiently
Good teamwork and communication skills
Safety certifications (e.g. Safe Pass)
Desirable Requirements:
Previous experience on industrial construction sites
Interest in working on data centre projects
The Company Offers...
Work on the basis of rotations - 3 weeks at work, 1 week at home.
All travel provided – flights & transport to the workplace.
