The Role...

The role and responsibilities in the key duties listed below are not exhaustive. The post holder may be required to undertake other duties from time to time within the general scope of the post. This role should develop along with the changing demands of the Company’s objectives and priorities.

Duties...

Carry out all Accounting and Administration related duties, including but not limited to: 

• Perform book-keeping tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, process supplier invoices and input onto computerised software. Chase outstanding debtors and collect debts.

• Reconcile invoices against supplier monthly statements, query any inconsistencies.

• Reconcile Bank accounts on a weekly and monthly basis.

• Provide administrative support to senior finance team. Opportunity to work with senior finance team, developing growth opportunities within the company, particularly as the company grows into new regions and acquires new entities.

• Apply your analytical mindset to current processes and drive forward continuous improvement across functional areas.

• Take appropriate action to maintain or improve relationships with all customers & suppliers.

• Use your best endeavours to promote the best interests of the Company and abide by the rules, policies and procedures of the Company.

• Any other duties within reason and capability as determined by Management.

• Perform each task with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy.

• Plan, prioritise, multi-task and meet multiple deadlines.

• Provide excellent customer service & communication skills.
   

Essential Qualifications...

• Minimum 96 UCAS points achieved through A Levels, or equivalent

• Minimum 15 points at GCSE, or equivalent. This must include a C grade in GCSE English language and a B grade in GCSE Maths, or equivalent

• Competent in written and spoken English Language
