MTM Engineering Ltd have an exciting new opportunity for an administrator to join our growing team, the right candidate will assist with the maintenance and development of our app created in house to assist with all our onsite services. 

MTM engineering are located just outside Slane County Meath as this is an office-based role you would require your own mode of transport too and from the office.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting data through Microsoft Excel & Power Bi into the MTM App interface which will involve interaction between office management & off-site management teams.

  • You will be required to work across many disciplines and liaise with app developers to ensure a better servicegoing forward for the company.

  • We require a motivated self-starter who will be able to hit the ground running and understanding what data we require from the interface is a must so previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

  • Reporting directly to the department manager, the successful candidate will need to be comfortable using Microsoft office suite of products and training in additional software will be provided if required.

Qualifications | Experience

  • 2-3 Years administrating experience in a demanding role.

  • Attention to detail is a must.

  • Very good Excel skills

  • Very good computer and IT skills generally.

  • Must be able to work autonomously & as part of a team.

  • Must show own initiative.

  • Good problem-solving IT skills is essential.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Work closely with Commercial & Quality departments.

  • This role is ideal for someone to come in and hit the ground running, someone who is IT savvy and willing to take an in-house development to a new level and make it their own.
