Accounts Payable & Receivable Assistant
Slane, Co. Meath
MTM Engineering is a worldwide cable installation specialists for large scale industrial and commercial developments. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable & Receivable Assistant to join our Team in our Grangegeeth, Slane office.
Duties:
Carry out all Accounting and Administration related duties, including but not limited to:

Perform book-keeping tasks such as accounts payable, process supplier invoices and input onto computerised software

Raising sales invoices and posting related bank receipts on a weekly basis

Reconcile invoices against supplier monthly statements, query any inconsistencies
-
Prepare of bank file for supplier payment run
-
Administration of Employee monthly mobile phone bills
-
Monitor daily communications and answer any queries
-
Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process

Provide excellent customer service
-
Perform each task with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy

Plan, prioritise, multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
-
Any other duties within reason and capability as determined by Management
Requirements:

Ability to work as part of team and take direction accurately

Administrative skills
-
Competent IT and numerical skills
-
Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information
-
Extremely organised
-
Maintain effective relationships with all customers & suppliers
-
Provide excellent customer service & communication skills
Hours of Work:
39 hrs per week, Finish early Friday
Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am – 17:15 pm;
Friday 8:30am – 14:30pm
Salary: Depending on Experience
